What is the fee for the consultation?
The fee for consultation is Rs.700/- only.
How long does it take for doing assessment/consultation?
It takes about 30 mins to 40 mins for assessment/consultation.
What is the time taken for each session?
Time taken for per session is 40 mins.
What are the working hours of the centre?
The working hours of the centre is Monday to Friday – 9.00 am to 6.00 pm & on Saturday – 9.00 am to 1.30 pm. Sunday is a holiday.
What is the fee per session?
Fee per session is Rs.600/- only.
Do we have any package for the fees?
Yes! We have a variety of mocktails and non-alcoholic beverages for those who prefer alcohol-free options.
Do we have any discount if we make onetime payment for the month?
No, we don’t have any discount for onetime payment. However, we are working on package fees payment where we will be considering this point.
How is the fee calculated?
Fee is calculated according to the number sessions taken multiplied by fee per session for the month.
What are the payment modes to pay the fees?
Payment can be done through NEFT, cash or card payment.
Can we have the bank details for online payment?
We provide the bank details during registration.
What is the time frame to pay the fees?
Before 5 th of every month the fee has to be paid for the month in advance. If any child is starting the therapy in middle of the month then they have to pay the fee before starting the sessions.
Can the fees be paid only for the sessions we take?
No, you have to pay the fees for the month & if there are any adjustments then it will be done in the next month payment based on the protocol.
Can we pay the fee as & when we take the session?
No, we do not encourage this system of payment.
Is it compulsory to take compensation session for the day that we couldn’t come instead if that can be deducted in the fee?
It is not compulsory to take compensation, however parents have to give in writing a letter stating the reason for not able to take compensation. Then we would consider adjustments of fees accordingly based on terms & conditions of the Centre.
Can I change the timings of the sessions I take?
Yes, you can change the timing of the session based on availability of slots.

Enquiry for Occupational therapy.
Occupational therapy is available in Firefly Speech Therapy, Kothanur from Monday to Friday and in Dimensions Centre for Child Development, Babusapalya on Saturdays.
Do you have the extra slots available?
Slots availability has to be checked at reception desk.
Do we have the session for the day at this time?
Based on slot availability we would be able to give slots for requested time in a day.

Can Chitra madam take sessions for my kid?
Chitra ma’am would love to take sessions for all kids however, due to her busy schedule we are not able to give sessions. Having said that, we are trying to give minimum of 2 sessions for one kid per month based on slot availability.
Based on slot availability we are going to assign therapist. Only in few cases she suggests the name of the therapist.

Do Chitra madam observe therapist during the session?
Yes, Chitra ma’am do observe therapist in the sessons.
